Shanghai Mingjie Chem-Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on R&D, production and application of special surfactants, special silane oligomers and resins, to provide high-efficient and stable coating solutions for domestic and foreign manufacturers of cleaner and conversion coating for metal pretreatment, such as Henkel, Chemetall and Parkerizing.

Shanghai Mingjie has passed ISO9001 certification, and is a member of Subcommittee on (Specialized)Surfactant of National Technical Committee on Chemistry of Standardization Administration of China, and Shanghai AAA Honest Enterprise.

PRODUCTS MAINLY COVER

Surfactant:

» Low-foaming surfactant for spraying system

» High-performance emulsifying surfactant for dripping and ultrasonic system

» Phosphorus-free solubilizer (hydrotropic agent)

APPLICATION FIELDS AND MATERIALS

For production of metal pre-treatment cleaner：

low-foam spray cleaner, ultrasonic cleaner, dipping cleaner, neutral degreaser, acidic degreaser, high alkalinity degreaser, environmental-friendly degreaser, phosphorus-free degreaser, surface modifier for iron, aluminium, magnesium, zinc, aluminium profile, cast aluminium cleaner, aluminium wheel, aluminium coil, automobile aluminium, motorbike wheel, aluminium can lid, plating pretreatment, precision electronic instrument, optical glass, polysilicon, beer/beverage bottle etc.

For production of household detergents:

kitchen cleaners, dish soap, automatic dishwasher detergents, automatic dishwasher rinse aids, floor cleaners, carpet cleaners, pet shower gels, etc.

For industrial application:

as emulsifier and wetting agent in food and beverage industry, textile industry, paper industry, glass fiber industry, agriculture,painting and plastic industry etc.

For production of metal pretreatment conversion coating in the fields:
